E-invoicing is mandatory for business where there aggregate turnover is Rs. 5 Crores or more in the previous year.

3) Deemed exports

What if e-invoice is not generated?

4) Invoice treated as invalid under GST

5) ITC can be denied to recipient

6) E-way bill generation may fail

7) Penalties can be imposed of Rs. 10,000 per invoice or 100% of tax amount, whichever is higher
